* Cleaning fee
* 6- hour rental period
(No outside chairs and tables allowed)
Important Notes:
* If alcohol is being served must pay additional fee for security.
* Additional time, chairs, or tables can be added for an extra fee ( if applicable).
* Rentals are subject to availability.
* Any damages or extended time beyond the 6 hours may incur additional charges
* A signed rental agreement and deposit will be required to secure your booking.

Our center is dedicated to hosting various events, including weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, birthday parties, family reunions, and private events. With the unique advantage of two separate buildings available for rent on-site, coupled with event setup and equipment provision, we ensure that your special occasions are meticulously planned and executed to perfection.
Some have asked why the name Mama B's? In honor of their late mothers "Mama Betty" and "Bertha," the owners Mrs. Shelia and Cocomo wanted a place that gave that mother touch from a family event to a corporate event!
